Ribs |

1 rack 1/4 c 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp 1/4 tsp 1/4 c |
spare ribs Hack's BBQ Sauce tart cherry juice concentrate oregano basil thyme water |

Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs and place in a large zip lock bag. Add cherry juice and seasonings to the bag, seal, and mix until juice and seasonings are uniformly spread. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove ribs from the bag and place in a roasting pan with the marinade and the water. Cover the pan and place in the oven at 250° for 4 hours. Remove ribs from pan and place on a heated grill at 350°. Brush on the Hack's BBQ Sauce and cook for about 10 minutes. |

ground beef Hack's BBQ Sauce pickle relish water |

In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add the BBQ sauce, relish and water. Mix well and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Serve on a hamburger bun with a slice of your favorite cheese. |

Easy Pulled Pork |

2 lb 2 c 1/2 c |
country style pork ribs Hack's BBQ Sauce water |
|
Rinse the ribs to remove any sawdust and place in a roasting pan. Add water to the pan, cover, and place in the oven at 250° for 4 hours. When done, the meat will easily pull away from the bones with a fork. Place the pulled pork in a bowl and add 1 cup of the BBQ sauce and mix well. Then add the remaining sauce to taste. Serve on a hamburger bun. Makes 6-8 sandwiches. |

Rich's Famous Beef Brisket |

1-3/4 lb 1 Tbsp 2 c 1 c 1 Tbsp |
beef brisket salt Hack's BBQ Sauce water olive oil |

Mix the salt and 1/2 cup of the Hack's BBQ Sauce and rub it into the meat by hand like you would a dry rub. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. To cook, put the olive oil in a dutch oven and place on high heat. Sear the meat for 5 minutes on each side. Mix the water and the remaining Hack's BBQ Sauce and pour it in the dutch oven. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 hours. |

Margaret's Meatloaf |

1 lb 1 - 1-1/2 c 1 1 Tbsp 1 tsp 1/4 - 1/2 tsp 1/4 - 1/2 tsp 1/3 - 1/2 c |
ground beef or meat loaf mix your favorite Italian seasoned bread crumbs egg Hack's BBQ Sauce ketchup salt black pepper water |

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Shape into a loaf in a baking pan. Bake at 350° for 70 minutes |

French Dressing |

mayonnaise ketchup Hack's BBQ Sauce |

Whisk all ingredients until uniform and store in the refrigerator overnight. For Thousand Island Dressing, add a tablespoon of pickle relish! |
